Who am I

A journey in luxury hospitality, a vocation for excellence

My career path is born in the kitchen, ..., between high-end reality and Michelin-starred cuisine, then to grow as Head Chef and Executive Chef. I have always cultivated a 360-degree view of hospitality, from reception to food & beverage, to managing the guest's overall experience, culminating in recent years in the role of House Manager in luxury private villas. Today my aim is to unite Operational experience, managerial vision and attention to detail in the service of excellent properties.
